The staff answered all my questions and were very helpful. Dr. Maddala was friendly and spoke with me after the procedure. If I had any advice on how to improve the process it would be to interact more with patient. When you do something to the patient, let them know what you’re doing. Pay attention to detail. I came home with two stick on heart monitor sensors. Also, call the patient about 5-7 days before the procedure to make should they understands the instructions they were given on paper.
